What dishes are you best known for?

Two things bring people back: Pho, built on beef broth we simmer slow, with rare beef, brisket or meatballs, and our Banh Mi on a Vietnamese baguette with buttery mayo, pickled carrots and cilantro. Regulars also order the grilled Vermicelli Bowls, fresh Spring Rolls with peanut sauce, and a Vietnamese Iced Coffee with coffee jelly and salted cream. Save room for the flan, tiramisu and homemade cookies.

What type of cuisine do you serve?

We cook Vietnamese food the way the owners' family makes it at home. That means Noodle Soup, from pho to spicy lemongrass bun bo hue, alongside grilled Rice Dishes, Vietnamese Sandwiches on crackly baguettes, and Vietnamese iced coffee or Fruit Tea to drink. Nothing fussy, just the real thing in Western New York.

What services do you offer?

Online Ordering is the fastest way to eat with us: place a Takeout order for pickup, or let Delivery bring it to you. Both dining rooms are open for Lunch and dinner if you would rather sit down, and everything off the grill, our Grilled Dishes of chicken, pork, beef and shrimp, is fired to order.

What areas do you serve?

We cook in two kitchens: 4224 Maple Rd in Amherst and 3800 Union Rd in Cheektowaga. Between them we feed guests from across Buffalo, including Williamsville, East Amherst and Depew. Order online for pickup at either kitchen, or for delivery around the neighborhood.
